What are the features of cocorino tees?

All cocorino t-shirts are printed on top quality, pure organic cotton, with a cool vintage look ‘n feel.
These tees are water-based printed and made in the UK with fair trade methods.

Why are the t-shirts so pricey?

All cocorino tees are top class and made of pure organic cotton, which are their main features as well. The printing is a hand-made water-based ink method, that makes sure the colour really penetrates the fabric. That’s why the price is higher than other tees around: you pay for what you get, and that’s the best :)

What is the right size for me?

A sizing chart will be soon available in each product page. As a general rule cocorino T-shirts feature standard measures.

I ordered two shirts of the same size, why is one smaller?

Some shirts may be different because each one is hand printed. Also, the colour plays a crucial part in it: a black tee can look smaller than a white one.

Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current one?

Shipping

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the UK are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via First Class International Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your country and the weight of your order (i.e.: how many tees you wanted to grab!). The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button. *Please note: orders shipped outside Europe are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Standard Shipping UK: £2.00 (inc. VAT) European Union: £4.00/£6.00 (inc. VAT) Rest of World: £10.00 to £40.00 (depending on order)

Shipping Times

All orders are processed within two to three business days. Shipping times are approximate and are in addition to processing times.
Standard Shipping within Europe may take approximately 2/3 weeks and for the rest of the world 6 to 8 weeks at least.
Priority Shipping within Europe takes 5 to 7 business days and for the rest of the world about 2 weeks. Parcels are not trackable. Tax For customers from the European Union prices include 17.5% VAT (value added tax).

Return Policy

All products purchased may be returned for a refund or exchange, minus the cost of shipping. If an exchange is being made due to an error by cocorino, we will pay the shipping cost of re-sending the package. If an exchange is being made for other reasons, cocorino will charge the customer for additional shipping costs. cocorino will not accept packages that arrive with unpaid duty and/or customs fees or packages that come "Postage Due". Credit will be issued via PayPal upon return of the product and complying with our return conditions. However, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

What is your return policy

cocorino aims at 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us.
